By installing or using OffAuto you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
OffAuto observes interaction patterns and interrupts sessions that look compulsive. Detection is heuristic and runs on your device. It will sometimes trigger when you did not want it to, and sometimes miss a loop entirely.
OffAuto is a self-awareness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, including addiction. If your phone use is causing you distress, speak to a qualified professional.
OffAuto requires no registration and has no accounts. Your settings, your Reality Log and your entitlement state live on the device, so they are not transferable between devices by us. Your subscription itself is tied to your Apple or Google account and restores through the store.
Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is taken by the store, renewal happens automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and cancellation is managed in your store account, not by us.
Refunds are granted by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue a store refund on your behalf.
New installs receive a time-limited period of unrestricted access. When it ends the app continues to work with the free tier's daily interrupt limit unless you subscribe.
The app, its name and its interface remain ours. You get a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use it.
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it; cancel the subscription in your store account separately, because uninstalling does not cancel billing. We may withdraw the app or a feature under these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect when the updated terms are published with a new effective date.
